Betsy Carlisle, PA-C

Betsy obtained a B.S. Degree in Biology, Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a M.S. Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Cum Laude from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in Piscataway, New Jersey. She is licensed as a Physician Assistant by the University of the State of New York Education Department, Office of the Professions and Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Andrea L. Curtis, PA-C

Andrea Curtis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Nazareth College in 2008. She continued her education at both Onondaga Community College and Le Moyne College concentrating on the sciences as well as Physician Assistant studies. She graduated with a Masters of Science degree from the Physician Assistant Studies Program at Le Moyne College in 2014.

She worked as a Primary Care Physician Assistant at another medical practice in Syracuse from October 2014 until she joined our group in June of 2016.

Andrea is licensed as a Physician Assistant by the University of the State of New York, Education Department, Office of the Professions, And she is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Andrea is now seeing patients at CNY Family Care.

Erin Lawlor, FNP-C

Erin obtained her AAS/RN from Mohawk Valley Community College in 2019, her BSN from Upstate Medical University in 2021, and her Masters/Family Nurse Practitioner from Le Moyne College in 2024. Before starting her position as an FNP, she worked as an RN at CNY Family Care for 3 years. Erin is licensed to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the State of New York and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Amy L. Luchsinger, FNP-C

Amy Luchsinger obtained a B.S. degree from Cornell University, an Associate’s degree/RN from Crouse Hospital College of Nursing and a M.S. degree in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y.

Amy is licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the State of New York, Education Department, Office of the Professions and certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Amy joined CNY Family Care in September 2013.

Ruth McDonald, PA-C

Ruth obtained a B.S. degree as a Physician Assistant, “with Distinction”, from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. She is Licensed as a Physician Assistant by the University of the State of New York Education Department, Office of the Professions, and Certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
