At this time, we are not allowing new patients or patients that have not been seen in the past 3 years to schedule an appointment through our website. If that applies to you, you must call our office at 315-463-1600 to make an appointment.
You can book an appointment here, through our website, for a common “sick” visit in person at our practice with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. You can’t schedule an appointment with a physician at our practice through our website at this time. Examples of sick visits are Common Injuries, Colds and Coughs, Fever, Flu, Headaches and migraines, Sprains and strains, Tick Bite, Upper respiratory conditions (bronchitis, sinus infections), Urinary tract infections, and Other common illnesses.
If you have confirmed COVID-19, have two symptoms of COVID-19, or were exposed to COVID-19, you can book a video visit here, through our website, but not an in-office appointment. This is for the safety of all our patients and our staff.
To make an appointment for routine follow-up, lab work, a well-child visit, preventive visit/ annual physical, or an emergent problem, you will need to call our office as these types of appointments can’t be scheduled through our website.
CNY Family Care has taken measures to keep our staff and patients safe during this pandemic. We screen our patients for symptoms and exposure risk before their appointment to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We apologize, but you may be screened more than once. We expect that our patients will cooperate and be honest when answering any screening questions for the safety of our staff and patients.
