Dear CNY Family Care Patients,

It is with mixed emotions that CNY Family Care announces the retirement of Dr. Michael Picciano after 24 years of service. Dr. Michael Picciano has decided to retire at the end of December 2023. As a founding physician and partner of CNY Family Care, he will be greatly missed. Dr. Picciano is looking forward to his retirement and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

If you are a current patient of Dr. Picciano’s, we look forward to continuing to care for you and your family. While many of our senior physicians have limited capacity, 4 of our newer physicians have the ability to expand their practice. Currently, Dr. Nicholas Augustine, Dr. Christopher Adiletta, Dr. Michael Fiacco, and Dr. Anthony Malvasi could accommodate new patients in their schedule.

If you have a spouse or child who is also a patient at the Practice, and you wish to transfer your care from Dr. Picciano to the same physician as your spouse or children, you may certainly do that. Our newer physicians all have been in our practice for at least 3 to 7 years.

We recommend your transition to a new physician at our Practice takes place at your next scheduled or needed appointment in 2024. There is not a need to call and “establish” with another physician to make the change. When you need to schedule your next appointment at our Practice, we encourage you to schedule with Dr. Nicholas Augustine, Dr. Adiletta, Dr. Michael Fiacco, or Dr. Malvasi to begin the transition.

Yours Truly,
CNY Family Care
